Find Your Image Size (resolution) In Preview or Photoshop (see below)

To achieve the highest print quality, we recommend uploading files that are 240 dpi and sized to print. To find the dpi (dots per inch) for your image, follow these steps:

NOTE: If your image is less than 240 dpi, do not change it here, upsizing the dpi here has no affect on the quality of the resolution. Instead look for a larger file of your image to upload.

Preview 

1. Double click on your image to open in Preview 

2. Select Tools in dropdown, then select Adjust Size

3. Your image resolution (dpi) is shown here in pink

To achieve the highest print quality, we recommend uploading files that are 300 dpi and sized to print. To find the dpi (dots per inch) for your image, follow these steps:

1. Open your image in Photoshop 

2. Select Image in the dropdown menu, then Image Size

3. The resolution (dpi) number is indicated here in yellow
